Clough, in an Alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs, is delivering the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of the project includes upgrading the facility's sludge treatment process system to enable the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use and biogas for the generation of energy.

‌The Woodman Point Water Recovery Facility has the capacity to treat up to 180 megalitres of used incoming water per day. This project is designed to treat 120 tonnes of dried solids per day. The increase in capacity allows the facility to continue to recover 100% of the biosolids, making it a highly water efficient water treatment facility.
