Clough, in a joint venture with Kellogg Brown & Root, JGC, and Hatch (KJV), completed the early Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contract for the Northwest Shelf’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities. 

The project included the stage awarding of the twin main cryogenic heat exchangers to Linde, staged award of site preparation, and temporary facilities construction subcontract, and the staged awarding of the two main refrigeration compression trains to Nuovo Pignone.

The project also included decisions to proceed with the full train expansions, the perform site preparations works for LNG Train 5 and the commencement of site preparations.
