The Parklife Metro team delivering Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport's Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) project is making significant progress at the Bradfield Site with major construction now under way.
- Waterproofing complete
- Key underground electrical and communication works complete
- Precast beam and plank installation under way
- Perimeter and internal walls in progress
- First sections of the Basement 03 suspended slab poured
- Precast platform sections ready for delivery and installation
With site re-establishment and access road adjustments done, the team is gearing up for the next phase of construction as they help build the future of Western Sydney.

About the Project
Webuild as part of the Parklife Metro Consortium is delivering the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project’s Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) works package.
SSTOM includes the construction of six stations between the St Marys interchange station and the Bradfield Station, a workshop depot for storing and the maintenance of trains at Orchard Hills, and also the superstructure, the signalling systems and mechanical and electric systems of the entire line, and the supply of new driverless trains.
