Clough undertook the Design, Construction and Commissioning contract for the Townsville Port facilties. 

The project involved the design, construction and commissing of the 1,500tph superphosphate train receival facility, 90,000 tonne product storage facility, 1,200 tph product reclaim and outloading facility, and a sulphur receival, storage and outloading facility.
