Clough completed a Construction (including portions of supply and fabrication), Testing and Commissioning contract for a 116 MW Cogeneration Power Station in Kwinana, Western Australia. 

Major components included:

• 2 x Frame 6 GE Gas Turbines and ancillaries,
• 2 x Waste Heat Recovery Boilers,
• 1 x 40 MW GE Steam Turbine and ancillaries,
• 1 x Cooing Tower,
• 2 x Water Storage Tanks,
• 1 x Water Treatment Plant and Building, and
• 1 x Administration/Control Building.
