Clough completed the contract for the contruction and installation of 9km of pipeline, located in Toowomoba Queensland. 

The project involved installing of 9km of 800 mm diameter steel cement lined pipe with welded and rubber ring joints, and a number of reinforced concrete pump and valve pits. 

The pipeline was installed below the existing road leading to the Perseverance Dam and was required to service the water needs of the town of Toowoomba and the surrounding regions.
