Clough completed the contract to construct the Barry Parade Portal in Brisbane, as part of the duplication of the inner city tunnels for Queensland Railways.

The project involved the excavation of 12,000m³ of rock, installation of rock anchors and the construction of a 120m-long, 6m-high concrete retaining wall along with a twin tunnel portal headwall. The project also involved the construction of drainage and relocation of services and utilities.
