Scope of work

Clough completed a contract for Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) to provide hook-up services on the Ichthys LNG Project Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facility.

The project involved the preparation and executions of off-shore hook up and assistance in commissioning.

The project allowed the FPSO to have the ability to process and store most of the condensate delivered from the Ichthys LNG Project’s central processing facility, Ichthys Explorer, before periodically offloading it to carriers for export to market.

Ichthys LNG Central Processing Facility (CPF) Hook-up

Clough also completed a contract for Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) to provide hook-up services on the Ichthys LNG Project Central Processing Facility (CPF), in the Browse Basin.

The project involved the preparation and execution of offshore hook-up activities and assistance to commissioning.

The project will allow Itchys CPF to be the world’s largest semi-submersible platform with a topsides weight of 70,000 tonnes.
