Clough completed the engineering, procurement and module fabrication for the gas treatment plant, as part of the Devil Creek Development Project. 

The project involved engineering, design works, procurement of all permanent materials and equipment and fabrication and assembly of all modules for the onshore facility. 

Fabrication and assembly of the modules was completed in two phases at Clough’s fabrication yard in Sattahip, Thailand. The first phase, consisting of the pipe rack modules, was loaded out onto the client’s transportation vessel in February 2010. The second phase consisted of the process modules and associated off-module pipes pools and steelwork.
