Clough recently launched its third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2024-2026.

Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, this RAP aims to build on the actions and outcomes of the previous two RAPs, supported by a vision to enable equal participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples across the nation-building projects we deliver.

We will achieve this by delivering meaningful opportunities and pathways to employment, enhancing supplier diversity, and fostering a workforce and environment that embraces, respects, and celebrates the diverse cultures of First Nations Peoples.

During the official RAP launch, Leah Cummins, a proud Mayi woman from North-West Queensland, and the distinguished artist behind " Growth in Unity” joined us for the artwork’s unveiling. We were fortunate to hear the story behind the artwork from Leah herself. This beautiful piece is now proudly showcased at the Mianjin (Brisbane) office and serves as a powerful reminder of our collective commitment to reconciliation.
