We’re proud to announce the renewal of our partnership with Pride in Diversity, Australia’s first and only not-for-profit employer support program dedicated to LGBTQIA+ workplace inclusion.

Throughout June, we celebrate Pride Month, a time to recognise the progress made in advancing LGBTQIA+ rights, acknowledge the challenges that remain, and reaffirm our commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse community. Our continued partnership with Pride in Diversity is an important part of that commitment.

Pride in Diversity works with organisations across Australia to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ people. 

Our partnership began in 2022, and since then, we’ve worked together to build greater awareness, understanding and allyship across our workforce through in-office and on-site awareness training sessions led by Pride in Diversity. Our people also have access to a broad range of learning resources that support a more inclusive workplace culture.

Through initiatives like this, we continue to strengthen inclusion in our workplace and communities, where respect and inclusion are at the core of everything we do.
