We are looking for an experienced a HSSE Administrator to join our new Dampier Bulk Handling Facility (DBHF) project for a FIFO position to Karratha.
DBHF is a wharf structure to be built to support the export of urea in bulk quantities through the Port of Dampier. The project will require the demolition and removal of decommissioned marine structures, the construction a new land backed wharf and land redevelopment.
The position is on a 20:8 rotation to site in Karratha.
We require an experienced a HSSE Administrator with a background in large construction, Civil or Wharf projects to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative services to the HSSE team
Administer accounts and services for the HSSE Department and procurement of equipment.
General administration services to the HSSE team including but not necessarily limited to:
Filing
Data entry and HSSE Register management
Typing and assisting in the management of communications / paperwork
Managing diaries
Administration of Project HSSE Databases and overseeing quality of data
Assisting with travel arrangements / organisation
Maintain document control requirements for HSSE documentation
Administer supply and issue of office-based equipment.
Assist the HSSE team in making improvements to the delivery of HSSE initiatives / obligations and implementing the required changes.
Collate and develop periodic HSSE Performance Reports and presentations.
Assist in management of incident event protocol and maintenance of incident register.
Update & review all HSSE training, vehicle & equipment records & correlate accident/incident data, as appropriate.
Ensure efficient distribution of internal and external HSE alerts, as directed by the HSSE Manager.
