Graduate Program

Engineering a more sustainable future.

The Clough Graduate Program gives recent graduates the technical and practical, real‑world experience needed to build a successful and meaningful engineering career.

At Clough, we believe our people are our greatest strength. Our graduates bring fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and a drive to make an impact — and in return, we provide the support, experience, and opportunities to help them thrive.

As part of the program, you’ll work on an exciting range of projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific, gaining hands‑on experience alongside industry professionals. Opportunities may include Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out (FIFO) and international assignments, allowing you to explore where your ambition, skills, and curiosity can take you.
