We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor - Blue Collar to join the Human Resources team, delivering the Ceres Urea Plant! Based either in our Perth Office, Monday to Friday or based in our site office on 19 days on, 9 days off, roster with 2 weekends at home per swing.

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Perdaman Industries’ Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

And, you will:

  • Provision of end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar roles, attracting potential candidates, consulting with hiring managers, writing job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting interviews and completing compliance checks
  • Provide high level support and service to line managers and candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Implementation of effective candidate sourcing strategies and referral generation
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
  • Draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and LinkedIn
  • Proactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with the forecasted requirements of the Project
  • Creating and maintaining a systemised talent pool within our ATS system and LinkedIn

What you will bring to the team:

  • You will have experience working in a high-volume blue-collar recruitment role within the construction industry
  • Working knowledge of industrial construction trade positions including trade qualifications requirements
  • An ability to source talent & manage candidate databases effectively
  • Experience working with hiring managers directly to understand project role requirements
  • Coordination of effective and compliant candidate selection processes including technical and behavioural-based interviewing
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking and collaboration skills
  • Experience using Workday is highly regarded 
  • You may be required to travel to site from time to time based on project need
