Clough in a joint venture with BMD, is proud to announce that we have been awarded by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.

We are currently seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join the HSSE Team delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility.

  • 15/6 Roster

  • Short commute and home each night for Darwin locals

  • FIFO - Flights provided from most regional/major airports, accommodation and meals provided

Your focus will include:

  • Ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with the company and project requirements

  • Ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required

  • Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements

  • Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required

What you will bring to the team

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Exposure to working on large scale construction projects or mining operations

  • Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices
