e2o are currently seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor for the Project Ceres Urea Plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. Working on 19 days on, 9 days off roster, Fly in Fly out from all major Australian cities.

Who you are


Your role will include:

  • Advise and support management and staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
  • Provide HSE training and support to employees at all levels.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to senior management.


What you will bring to the team / Qualifications you will bring to the team:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a HSE Advisor in construction, or related industries. 
  • Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive a safety culture across all levels of the organisation
