Qualifications: - Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field of study, preferred but not essential

Experience: - 1-3 years. experience working in Document Control, preferably in the construction industry

- Sound problem-solving skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed time management skills
- High attention to detail with exception report writing ability
- Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Undertake Document Control activities for departments assigned to, Design, Technical E&M, Quality, Environment and Site.
- Undertake quality control of all submittals of FGJV Documentation.
- Undertake quality control check of all documents received form subcontractors
- Process subcontractors’ documentation of both incoming and outgoing
- Process documentation for SHL review for both incoming and outgoing
- Ensure that best practice turn-around of documentation is achieved and maintained
- Reduction of metadata errors through comprehensive quality control checks
