Clough has an opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Waitsia Project team. The position will support the site management team and will act as the Go-To person on site to ensure the efficient operation of the project. You will be involved in mobilising and onboarding personnel, in addition to providing administrative assistance across the HSE, Project Controls, HR and Training teams.

Your focus will include:
Coordinating all site visitors and new starters, airport transport and personnel logistics
Providing technical administrative support in coordinating data for claims and variations
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Clough and the client
Daily and weekly audit of employee timesheets
Attending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes/actions and follow-ups
Ad-hoc Event management eg team BBQs. Client meetings
Assisting with sub-contract sign-on process
Other general administrative duties as directed by the construction manager.
What you will bring to the team:
Previous experience in an office administration capacity
Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word / Excel)
High attention to detail and exceptional customer service
Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations
Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner.
Experience with INX or similar systems (desirable)
