We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Project Team in Perth! In this role, you will be accountable for leading the project team and delivering on agreed performance measures related to design, commercial outcomes, stakeholder engagement, program, safety, quality and sustainability.
Webuild is the preferred bidder for the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns and families, delivering lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:
Responsible for delivering a project free from incidents, injuries and environmental harm by providing safety leadership, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the project HSE Management System.
Responsible for the development/refinement of the national outage growth strategy.
Responsible for the leadership of project culture including safety, industrial relations and employee welfare
Monitor the progress and performance of all function’s areas of the Project Team.
Review all bid documentation including bid estimate.
Review and become familiar with the Contract and all procedures required under the contract
What you will bring to the team:
10-20 years’ experience in construction, shutdown and engineering activities working in the heavy industrial maintenance and shutdown arena.
Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
Project Management accreditation or progress in Project Management accreditation through the Clough Project Management Academy
Worked in a multi-tasking environment under time pressures and deadlines.
Demonstrated project management experience within the power generation, mining and/or oil and gas industries.
Significant Experience within the shutdown, construction and engineering industry
Demonstrated highly developed communication skills to motivate, inspire and persuade
