Clough, together with the Waitsia Joint Venture - Mitsui E&P Australia (MEPAU) as operator, and Beach Energy - is pleased to share that the Waitsia Gas Plant in the Perth Basin has reached nameplate capacity of 250 terajoules per day (TJ/day).

This achievement represents a significant milestone in the delivery of the Waitsia Gas Project and marks an important step forward for one of Australia’s largest onshore gas developments.

The Waitsia Gas Plant is a critical piece of infrastructure for Western Australia, with the capacity to supply up to a quarter of the state’s domestic natural gas demand, supporting energy security and economic growth.
