5 Years Strong with GET - 2026 marks five years of our partnership with Curtin University’s Girls+ Engineering Tomorrow (GET) initiative, an important milestone in our shared commitment to building a more diverse future workforce. 
 
In 2025 alone, more than 430 students from Years 6–12 engaged in the program through in‑school initiatives, school holiday workshops and mentoring networks. 
 
Supported by 100+ industry and university role models, GET delivers hands‑on STEM learning, mentoring and direct industry exposure, empowering young women and non‑binary students to confidently explore engineering pathways.
