Continuing success through safety - The Dampier Bulk Handling Facility team kicked off the year with a strong focus on safety and teamwork, welcoming everyone to a Continuing Success Safety Reset.
The team took the opportunity to:
- Reflect on project achievements and milestones to date
- Reaffirm their goals and objectives through to completion
- Reinforce their One Project, One Team philosophy
- Refresh key safety messages and tools across the site
- Come together for a site-wide Hazard Hunt
- Put their preparedness to the test with emergency drills aligned to their evolving work scope
The day wrapped up with a team BBQ and plenty of connection across the team, a great reminder that looking out for one another, speaking up and staying focused on safety is what gets projects delivered.
