Clough is proud to announce it has placed within the Top 60 Intern Programs in Australia by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers’ (AAGE).

The AAGE conducts an annual survey of interns who have been part of a formal internship, clerkship, or work placement program. The survey asks interns to rate their employer against various criteria including culture, values, training, work content, access to senior management, feedback and social life. The combined ratings are then used to place each company.

The survey received over 2,500 responses from students who were engaged in an internship program. Clough placed 17th in the Small Program category (less than 20 interns), and was one of few recognised in the engineering industry.

Feedback from interns about what they enjoyed most about our program highlighted the content of work available to them, the opportunity to work with industry leading professionals, company culture, support systems, flexibility, and learning opportunities.

The AAGE aims to promote excellence in the industry and being included on this list demonstrates our commitment to learning and development, STEM education and supporting the next generation of young professionals.

Our Intern Program provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study and prepare them for graduate employment.

The Intern Program runs for 12 weeks during the university end of year break and involves hands-on experience in the student’s chosen discipline. Many of our talented interns go on to qualify for our Graduate Program.
