  • Business Development & Work Winning:
  • Lead and contribute to tendering, estimating and bid development activities
  • Partner with Business Development and Executive teams to identify and pursue new work in alignment with strategic objectives
  • · Cultivate and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a key representative of e2o in industry forums and business engagements
  • Oversee proposal reviews to ensure competitive, commercially sound submissions
  • Contribute to sector strategy development and future pipeline planning
  • Commercial & Financial Oversight:
  • Drive achievement of revenue, EBIT, working capital, and forecast accuracy targets
  • Support and mentor Project Managers in owning their P&L performance
  • Lead opportunity and risk identification, driving commercial solutions and cost-saving initiatives

People & Culture:

  • Foster a high-performance culture across operational teams
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and development to build capability across the business
  • Encourage open communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions
  • Engage with functional leaders to align on strategic and delivery priorities

What you’ll bring

  • Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Project Management accreditation desirable
  • 10–20 years of experience in heavy industrial construction and engineering
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and programs
  • Proven track record in business development, client engagement, and winning new work
  • Strong commercial acumen and project financial management experience
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate teams e2o’s people enjoy
  • Competitive remuneration & career development opportunities
  • Flexible and remote work options
  • Access to iconic projects and industries
  • Industry-leading paid parental leave from day one
  • Onsite gym and excellent end-of-trip facilities
  • Health and wellbeing programs, including EAP for you and your family
  • Special offers on insurance, banking, travel and more
  • Salary continuance insurance (criteria applies)
  • A diverse and supportive team culture
