Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Document Control Manager to join the team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively manage the document control function across projects working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose Document Control services, complying with company requirements.

Your focus will include:

• Implement and maintain the Information Strategy with respect to Controlled Document Activities across projects under the direction of the Information Manager

• Be an expert in the delivery of data driven document control activities and how they apply to through the full lifecycle of Infrastructure, Resources and/or Energy projects

• Functional leader of document control resources in projects across the scope of Clough Webuild AU projects including Domestic, Site based and External Service Providers driving a culture of teamwork across the group

• Mentor, Manage Goals, and drive KPI performance of all Document Control team members to achieve a high-performance culture

What you will bring to the team:

• 5 years minimum experience in a Document Control or Information Management Leadership role

• Extensive experience in construction/engineering/mining environment

• Exposure to and knowledge of management of offshore External Service Providers

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• High attention to detail

• Embrace change and drive improvement initiatives coupled with experience in management of KPIs/Performance related management
