WaterHorizons, an alliance between Clough, the Water Corporation and Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd, completed the design and construct contract to improve the catchment and storage of rainwater for the benefit of the community.

The project involved the design, construction, and delivery of a 400 megalitre (ML) balance reservoir, with two 200ML concrete lined and metal roofed reservoirs, the associated inlet, outlet, scour and bypasses pipes and values, a pump station and a chlorination plant. 

The project assisted in increasing water security and supply in Kalgoorlie for residential, commercial, and major customers over the peak summer demand periods.
