Scope of work

Clough completed a contract for the design, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of a skid-mounted gas conditioning and liquids extraction plant and sales gas compressor station for the Harriet Gas Gathering Project.

The plant had two 100 percent process trains of 40 terajoules per day delivery capacity with turn-up to 60 terajoules per day and turn-down to nine terajoules per day. The facility conditioned gas to sales gas whilst maximising liquids extraction for injection into the crude oil stream.

Each train consisted of a dehydration module / skid, a refrigeration module / skid, common hot oil skid, column stabilisation modules and two gas turbine driven sales gas compressors. The total plant was controlled by a distributed control system (DCS) system, which had been extended to control all the existing oil facilities.
