Webuild has announced its 2025 results, marking the successful completion of the Group’s 2023–2025 Business Plan – “Roadmap to 2025: The Future is Now”, with outcomes exceeding expectations across growth, financial strength and operational performance.

For Clough, Webuild’s Australian subsidiary, these results reinforce the strength, stability and global capability of the Group we are proud to be part of.

Record Performance and Strong Growth
In 2025, Webuild continued its trajectory of double‑digit growth, closing the year with:

  • Revenues of €13.6 billion (+15% vs 2024; above guidance) 

  • EBITDA of €1.164 billion (+18% vs 2024) 

  • Order backlog exceeding €58.4 billion, providing long‑term revenue visibility 

  • €13.2 billion in new orders, nearly half outside Italy and in low‑risk markets such as Australia 

  • Positive net cash (normalised) at €772 million, well above target 

These achievements highlight the strength of Webuild’s diversified global portfolio and disciplined operational approach.

A Stronger Presence in Australia
During the Plan period, Webuild consolidated its position as a global leader, further strengthening its presence in Australia through the integration and growth of Clough. 

The Australian market remains one of the Group’s core geographies, supported by major projects including SSTOM Sydney Metro, Snowy Hydro 2.0, and Melbourne’s North East Link. 

A Platform Built for the Future
Across 2023–2025, Webuild also:

  • Achieved record revenue growth, with a 19% CAGR from 2022 (vs 10% target)

  • Reduced gross leverage from 4.5x to 2.6x, significantly strengthening the balance sheet 

  • Delivered over 3 million hours of training, supporting global capability and future skills development

With a resilient backlog, expanding global footprint and strong financial position, Webuild is well placed for its next phase of growth in 2026 and beyond.
