The Snowy 2.0 team recently reached a massive milestone in the project with the successful first tunnel lining concrete pour completed at the Tantagara site on the Snowy 2.0 Project.

Together with Whittens, we've finished the first 10 metres of the 50 metre transition tunnel. This tunnel forms a critical link between the water intake diffuser, gate shaft and the 17 kilometre headrace tunnel.

• 566.5 square metres of formwork

• 108 tonnes of steel reinforcement

• 800 cubic metres of concrete

• Base, walls and crown poured in stages
