To celebrate IWD, our teams across the country came together to spark meaningful conversations and transform gender equality commitments into tangible change within the construction industry.

Key highlights included:  

• Hearing inspiring insights from women in leadership at the Webuild-sponsored NAWIC IWD event in Melbourne 

• Learning about Siena Fielke’s important research findings from her NAWIC IWD Scholarship Study in Perth

• Discussing our Group’s strong progress in gender equity over the past year with Roberta Constantin in Sydney

• Celebrating the amazing women delivering Perdaman’s Project Ceres on-site in Karratha and in Chennai

International Women’s Day is a powerful celebration of the vast achievements of women in shaping political, economic, and cultural landscapes, but also an important reminder of the work that still needs to be done to accelerate gender equality for all women and girls.
