We’re proud to announce the launch of our third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2024-2026. Explore our RAP journey, commitments, and deliverables here.

Our first RAP was launched in 2020, formalising our commitment to reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and non-Indigenous Australians. Over this time, and supported by Reconciliation Australia, we have embedded 117 actions and initiatives in the delivery of our evolving commitment.

Now part of the Webuild Group, the release of this third Innovate RAP is a great source of pride for our entire organisation; it signifies how far we have come and our commitment to achieve even greater outcomes as we move forward together.

Our achievements to-date have only been possible with the commitment of our people, partners, suppliers and communities. We extend our appreciation to all who have been involved and look forward to sharing more with you throughout our continuing journey to reconciliation.
