Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project!  

 

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. 

 
We are currently searching for a Travel & Accommodation Officer to join our Karratha-based team (
19:9 FIFO Rotation) on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Lead Mobilisation, this position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilisation of personnel to site.

Responsibilities

·       Plan, organise and book travel itineraries including flights and accommodation

·       Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving for travel disruptions

·       Maintain records of travel bookings, expenses and itineraries  

·       Forecasting and implementation of roster rotations

·       Manage roster changes and leave approvals using +Process

·       Liaise with General Services for transport forecasting

 

 

Key requirements

·       Previous mobilisation / admin experience

·       Site exposure (preferred)

·       Exceptional organisation skills

·       Knowledge of travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

·       Proactive and problem-solving approach to travel-related issues

·       INX experience
