Clough offers industry-leading gender-neutral parental leave entitlements to support a healthy balance between work and family life for all people, as well as encourage shared caring responsibilities amongst all parents. 

Our Parental Leave entitlements include:

  • Secondary caregiver parental leave provision up to 3 weeks
  • Payment of superannuation on the unpaid portion of parental leave up to 36 weeks

In 2022 we signed a three-year partnership agreement with Engineers Australia (EA) for their Engineering Workforce Credentialing Program.
