Senior Site Manager

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Senior Site Managers for a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth which aims to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:

  • Managing multiple crews on-site with a strong focus on safety, time, and quality.

  • Taking ownership of site safety management and driving a culture of safety-first.

  • Coordinating sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

  • Developing and maintaining construction programs to align with project schedules.

  • Collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers to foster a team-focused environment.

  • Leading on-site teams, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional outcomes.

  • Anticipating and resolving construction challenges in collaboration with Site Engineers.

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensuring project delivery with minimal defects and adherence to high standards of quality.

What you will bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with major building projects.

  • Previous healthcare experience highly regarded.

  • A trade, construction, or building background is highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and to high-quality standards.

  • Strong communication skills, including effectively addressing subcontractor performance issues.

  • Demonstrated success in managing on-site operations with minimal defects.

  • A proactive approach to operational risk management and safety practices.

  • Experience in supervising construction projects within top-tier contractors or subcontractors.
