Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Safety & Environment Advisor to join the Woodman Point Team! In this role, you will ensure safety and environmental compliance on site, while maintaining management systems.  

Preferred start date is January 2025, allowing candidates to enjoy a festive break and join our team on site in the New Year.

Your focus will include:

  • Establish and implement project HSSE and Environmental plans & procedures.

  • Conduct HSSE and environmental monitoring & assessments on-site.

  • Ensure compliance with client & regulatory requirements.

  • Support HSSE Manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and revision of the HSSE Management Systems          

  • Coordinate and conduct workplace audits, inspections and risk assessments

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a similar position with large scale project / construction / mining environments.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety and Environment.

  • Proven skills and achievements with developing, monitoring and implementation of Environmental risks and compliance.

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop relationships.

  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, balancing resources, skills, priorities and timescales to achieve objectives.

  • Intermediate proficiency with the MS suite of software and prior experience utilising HSSE reporting systems such as INX (InControl and Intuition).
