Senior Infrastructure Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join the Perth Team! Be part of the IT Operations team focusing on security across infrastructure and networks.

In this role, you will be accountable for supporting Clough’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our IT servers, endpoints, network and its data through improved technology, clear processes, and detailed documentation.

Your focus will include:

  • Ensure all security/non-security policies, procedures and guidelines are followed across the organisation working in accordance with standards and best practices.

  • Accountable for the administration of all Clough infrastructure globally, including physical and virtual servers, storage, networking, and associated IaaS/PaaS platforms.

  • Investigate, assess, and respond to IT infrastructure and network alerts in a timely manner as per predefined SLA’s.

  • Contribute to IT infrastructure-specific and SecOps-related projects/ideas that can introduce additional operational and security benefits to the organisation.

  • Manage administrative access across the IT team through the role-based access control policies and PAM solution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders including local and remote users, senior management, and external providers.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Tertiary Qualification mandatory – Computer Science or Engineering

  • Microsoft certifications desirable - Azure, Server, M365 , Security

  • ITIL 4 certification preferred

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in IaaS cloud services - Microsoft Azure desirable.

  • Adequate knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID environments.

  • Adequate knowledge and experience in managing PAM solutions and role-based access control mechanisms – Entra ID, CyberArk desirable.

  • Exposure to Cyber Security practices.

  • Experience working in controlled environments within an ITIL framework
