Clough, as part of the GCR Mongolia Joint Venture, contributed to the delivery of a contract for the underground installation of Primary Crusher PC1 with capacity of 28,000 t/d, Belt Conveyor System which will feed ore into the Shaft 2 production hoist, and associated substations.

The installation works included civil/ concrete, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, control and communication works.

Clough sold its interest in the project in November 2022
