We recently held the first edition of the long-running Webuild Managerial Academy with our Australian-located teams!

Hosted over four action-packed days, the program put a talented group of our Australia-based leaders through their paces with leadership training seminars, group activities aimed at strengthening collaboration and communication, technical and functional sessions, and a business simulation to get their decision making (and competitive) energies flowing! 

Well done to all the participants for their outstanding efforts. The group was incredibly engaged and eager to learn, enabling truly meaningful discussions and interactions, as well as connections with other leaders from all over the business. 

Webuild's Global Managerial Academy first launched in 2020. This internal managerial school aims to strengthen and develop the skills of our people, while promoting the development of our company culture. This first Australian edition was implemented together with our learning strategic partners. BTS.
