Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

Clough currently has an opportunity for an additional Travel and Accommodation Trainee to join our Team in Karratha. In this role, you will support the management of various administrative tasks, support the mobility to and from site, and maintain effective communication within the teams involved in the process.

Your focus will include: 

  • Event Coordination – Help plan and organize site meetings, training sessions, and events
  • Site Access Card Processing – Assist with issuing and maintaining site access credentials
  • Corporate & Official Site Tour Coordination – Support planning, scheduling, and logistics for site visits by executives, clients, and stakeholders
  • Roster & Workforce Coordination – Assist with workforce scheduling and updates
  • Travel Booking – Support planning the flights booking, confirm reservations and ensure all travel documents are accurate and up-to-date
  • General Admin Duties – Maintain records, process documentation, and liaise with site teams


What you will bring to the team: 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Karratha based highly preferred.
