We currently have an opportunity for a Community Relations Manager to join our Human Resources Team on-site. This role is ideal for a local or residential candidate who has a strong connection to the community and is passionate about driving meaningful engagement initiatives.

Your focus will include:

• Developing and executing community engagement strategies to ensure strong, lasting relationships with local stakeholders.
• Representing Clough at community meetings, events, and public forums to foster trust and transparency.
• Facilitating effective internal engagement to ensure employees are aligned with community initiatives.
• Providing regular insights and reports on key community concerns, opportunities, and stakeholder feedback.
• Supporting local workforce development, business partnerships, and social impact initiatives that align with Clough’s commitment to the community.

What you will bring to the team:

• A strong local connection and understanding of community dynamics, priorities, and challenges.
• Experience in Community Relations or a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to community-focused outcomes.
• Ability to liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
