Clough has an exciting opportunity for a BID Manager with a background in Infrastructure and Water Projects to join our Bidding Team working across a range of exciting bids and projects based in our Melbourne Office! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Bids and tenders are fully executed from start to finish, producing high quality and competitive documentation (this may include ROI’s, EOI’s and RFT’s) that meet all compliance requirements, resulting in wining new business.

Your focus will include:
Provide guidance and mentor direct reports, navigating and/or mitigating challenges they face in their roles
Liaise with tendering team members (Internal Stakeholders) to obtain relevant tender input/information in compliance with Clough’s Business Development and Tendering Operating Standard
Ensure compliance of Company responses in line with both Company and client requirements
Ensure Company style guide (where appropriate) and procedures are adhered to
Ensure all presentation and grammatical aspects are of highest standard
Assist in maintenance and registering of new prospects
Collaborate with Document Control to establish tender portals/folders, ensuring all relevant team members have access and folders are correctly populated
What you will bring to the team:
Extensive proven experience as a BID Manager within in the Construction, Engineering or Design industries
Extensive experience in Infrastructure and Water projects
Sound understanding of Tendering process
Ability to successfully manage and empower a large team
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to be resourceful
