We are proud to announce the completion of our third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and our first undertaken as part of Webuild in Australia. Our RAP 2025/26 Final Report is available to explore here.
 
Since beginning our RAP journey in 2020, we have delivered 189 actions and initiatives that drive meaningful change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. These achievements reflect the commitment, collaboration and dedication of our people across the organisation. 
 
We are proud of our progress and recognise reconciliation is an ongoing journey with more work ahead. As we look to our next RAP, we remain focused on deepening our impact, and strengthening a consistent approach to First Nations engagement that supports sustainable outcomes at every level.
 
With our parent company, Webuild, we acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
