Experience in industry relevant trade and construction operations of similar scale.  

Minimum 5 years’ experience leading EPB TBM maintenance crews on large infrastructure projects 

Strong leadership experience in risk management and driving a positive risk management culture.  

Relevant tickets and industry certifications 

People and performance management of subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.  

Skill in review of design documentation, ability to understand drawings, provide constructability review and implement final design plans.  

Proven experience in tunnel construction, ideally on projects in Melbourne or Australia 

Strong understanding of excavation support systems (e.g. conveyor belts, ventilation, water supply, grout plants) 

Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and collaborate across disciplines 

Familiarity with maintenance planning and prioritisation in high-pressure environments
