We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Instrumentation and Control Site Engineer to join the Woodman Point Team! In this role, you will be responsible for complying with all technical requirements associated with off-site factory testing, installation works on site, subsequent site acceptance testing, commissioning and start of the project instrumentation, control & communications system.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services to support project outcomes against agreed project budgets and schedules.
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including the Project Engineering team, Site Supervision, Subcontractors, Client and Vendors.
Actively participate in the completion of construction and commissioning work on site, including involvement with Installation Test Records and close-out of punch list items.
Contribute to a positive safety culture.
What you will bring to the team:
Degree qualified with 10+ years of experience in I&C Engineering.
Site experience within Construction and Commissioning environment.
Good knowledge of processing plants and power generation stations.
Extensive working knowledge of I&C communications and control systems (PLC and SCADA systems)
Familiarity with Siemens automation and control software (SIMATIC PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, TopServer) and Schneider Electric SCADA software (GeoSCADA) (formal certification would be highly regarded)
Practical working experience with industrial communication protocols such as installation, testing and commissioning complex control networks (Profibus DP, Profibus PA, Profinet, Modbus TCP, Modbus RS485, fibre optic, DNP3, OPC etc.)
Experience in integrating IEC61850 communication with electrical equipment such as relays, circuit breakers and protection systems
Experience in communication and interoperability between VSDs, Simocodes, other electrical equipment
Ability to prepare and review works packs and commissioning procedures
