Clough, in a joint venture with AJ Lucas, completed the turnkey construction of Stage 6 of the Roma to the Brisbane Gas Pipeline Looping. 

The project involved the delivery a 9.5km x 400mm diameter steel pipeline looping situated in close proximity to high-tension power lines and adjacent to and traversing urban properties, with significant control effort placed into natural erosion control measures and restoration to ensure minimum interference and visual impact to the community and maximum environmental protection.

The completed Stage 6 contract allowed the Roma to Brisbane pipeline to operate with maximum efficiency and deliver a greater volume of gas to the southeast Queensland market.
