Scope of work

Clough completed the contract for the exavation and installation of pipelines in the western outskirts of Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

This project involved the excavation of 18,850 linear metres of trench to depths of up to 1.2 m for the installation of a water reticulation pipeline to the villages of Porebada, Roka and Kouderika on the western outskirts of Port Moresby. 

Two new Southern Cross Squatter type tanks were installed, one with a capacity of 60,000 litres and the other with 20,000 litres capacity. Three existing tanks, each with a capacity of 80,000 litres were also incorporated into the works.
