Clough completed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contract for the Iluka Murray Basin Stage 2 Development, which is located at Kulwin near Ouyen, Victoria and included upgrades to Iluka’s existing mineral separation plant at Hamilton, Victoria

The project included the construction of a re-locatable mining unit, concentrator plant and upgrade to the Hamilton facility, together with associated infrastructure. 

The award of this EPCM contract followed completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study, which was successfully undertaken by Clough on behalf of Iluka.
