Scope of work

Clough is currently completing the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) contract for the truck loading expansion project at FortisBC’s Tilbury LNG Facility in Delta, British Columbia.

The project involves the design and construction of two new loading bays to double the truck loading capacity of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and allow the facility to keep up with LNG demand. Clough has been involved in the project from the onset, through the initial front-end engineering and design phase of the project.

The project will allow FortisBC to better serve customers as it moves towards its lower carbon omission targets, and lower-carbon fuel alternatives to diesel or maritime fuel. The project will also see economic benefits flow to Indigenous and local businesses, such as the Musqueam Capital Corporation, an Indigenous owned business that was engaged by Clough as a general contractor for the delivery of the works.
