Setting the New Standard in Sustainability - The North East Link Project has been leading the charge on sustainable practice in construction and has now become the first infrastructure project in Australia to achieve PAS 2080 Accreditation.

This accreditation is a globally recognised standard that sets the benchmark for managing and reducing carbon emissions on infrastructure projects.

About the Project 

Webuild, as part of the Spark Joint Venture, is delivering the North East Link tunnels on behalf of the Victorian Government. The project will enable a more sustainable future by taking 15,000 trucks off local roads every day and reducing travel times by up to 35 minutes for commuters. Once complete, it will be the longest road tunnel in Victoria.
