We recently attended the Research Launch Event for the WA Construction Industry Suicide and Mental Health Benchmarking Study, undertaken by MATES in Construction WA and The University of Western Australia’s Suicide Prevention and Resilience Research Centre.

Bringing together over 60 leading academics, MATES partners, and industry bodies and leaders, the event shared the findings of the group’s research, offering deeper insights into the current reality of mental health within the construction industry in WA.
