Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Mobilization Administrator to join the Resourcing Team! In this key role, you will be the focal point providing mobilization support.

Your focus will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end mobilisation process for all personnel (employees, contractors, and visitors).
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements including inductions, training, medicals, and certifications.
  • Ensure all personnel meet site and client compliance requirements prior to mobilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in INX (e.g. InFlight / InTuition modules).
  • Upload and verify qualifications, licenses, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor personnel compliance status and proactively manage expiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for mobilisation queries
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport in line with project rosters.
  • Issue mobilisation instructions and travel itineraries to personnel.

 

What you will bring to the team

 

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and process driven individual, with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You will have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-past project environment.
